According to PCMC, the footpath along MDR-31 road from Birla Hospital to Dange Chowk will be improved. Commissioner Shekhar Singh and MP Shrirang Barne were there when the foundation for this project was laid. Many important people from the city were also there.

Commissioner Shekhar Singh explained that MDR-31 road has many important places like schools, hospitals, and homes. This causes a lot of traffic and makes it hard for people to walk safely. City Engineer Pramod Ombase said that the road from Birla Hospital to Dange Chowk is an important one with a lot of traffic. It connects many areas in the city.
