An Instagram user posted a video from a railway station, saying, “OYO can make you sleep on the platform.” The user had booked a room but was forced to leave just an hour after check-in, even though the booking was confirmed. The hotel manager claimed the room price was too low and demanded extra money. When the customer refused, they were asked to leave.

The guest contacted OYO customer service, which arranged a new hotel. However, upon arrival, they found no staff at the front desk. After multiple failed attempts to get proper accommodation, the person was moved from one hotel to another, none of which were suitable. In the end, they had no choice but to sleep on the railway platform.
The Instagram user (@loverseraaa) shared their story, saying:
“I booked an OYO room to stay the night as my train was in the morning and my home was far away. After an hour of check-in, the hotel manager knocked on my door and said the room couldn’t be given at such a low price. They demanded extra money, claiming the online price was incorrect.”
They added, “I contacted OYO support, and they shifted me to another hotel. But when I reached, no one was at the reception. When I called customer care again, they said the hotel owner was not answering. Then, they offered another hotel 7 km away.”
