He announced this career milestone on LinkedIn, sharing his emotional connection with the company and how this move feels like a full-circle moment in his life.
A Childhood Connection to Tata Motors
Naidu fondly recalled watching his father return from work at Tata Motors when he was a child. “I remember waiting by the window for my father, dressed in his white shirt and navy pants, to come home. Today, it feels like everything has come full circle,” he wrote.
Along with his post, Naidu shared a picture of himself with the Tata Nano, a car that symbolizes Ratan Tata’s vision of making affordable transportation accessible to all.
A Special Bond with Ratan Tata
Naidu’s connection with Ratan Tata was more than just professional. Tata held him in such high regard that he included Naidu in his will.
