Mumbai Traffic Advisory: Nahur ROB & Mulund-Goregaon Link Road Closes For Vehicles Movement, Here’s Why
In anticipation of forthcoming girder construction by the Municipal Corporation S Ward at Nahur Over Bridge, Mulund West, Mumbai, the Mulund Traffic Division has issued a traffic advisory to control vehicles flow in the area.
The girder construction will need the total closure of both boundaries of the Nahur Over Bridge on the Mulund-Goregaon Link Road. To guarantee smooth traffic flow and minimise disturbance to commuters, the following orders were issued:
Road Closures:
• Both boundaries of the Nahur Railway Over Bridge, Mulund-Goregaon Link Road, Mulund (West), Mumbai, would remain closed to all vehicular traffic.
Road Diversion:
1. Vehicles travelling from Nahur Railway Over Bridge to the Eastern Expressway should take the L.B.S. Road-Jata Shankar Dosa Bridge.
2. Vehicles travelling to Mulund West via the East Expressway and Airoli are directed to use the Jata Shankar Dosa Bridge at Navghar Junction. Traffic heading to Bhandup West via Airoli should deviate from Gandhinagar Junction and follow the Jogeshwari Vikhroli Link Road to reach their destination.
This traffic warning is intended to assist smooth traffic flow and ensure commuter safety throughout the girder work period. To avoid inconvenience, commuters should plan their routes ahead of time and cooperate with traffic officials.
