The first-look poster of the much-awaited film Chhaava has been revealed, featuring Akshaye Khanna as Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb.
The poster shows Akshaye with intense expressions, his white hair falling over his face, capturing the fearsome aura of Aurangzeb. Another poster depicts him wearing the iconic Mughal crown, fully embodying the ruthless ruler.
Maddock Films shared the poster on their official X page, writing:
“Darr aur dehshat ka naya chehra (The new face of fear and terror) – Presenting #AkshayeKhanna as Mughal Shahenshah Aurangzeb, the ruthless ruler of the Mughal Empire! #ChhaavaTrailer out tomorrow. Releasing in cinemas on 14th February 2025 (sic).”
Earlier, the makers had revealed Rashmika Mandanna’s stunning look as Maharani Yesubai, adding to fans’ excitement.

What is Chhaava About?
The film is a historical drama directed by Laxman Utekar. It tells the story of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, the brave son of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. The movie highlights his heroic qualities, symbolized by the four elements of nature—earth, fire, water, and air.
Vicky Kaushal plays Sambhaji Maharaj, Rashmika Mandanna portrays Maharani Yesubai, and Akshaye Khanna takes on the role of Aurangzeb. This marks the first collaboration between Rashmika and Vicky.
