“Chhaava” Roars at the Box Office: Vicky Kaushal’s Historical Epic Set for Netflix Release Soon

Vicky Kaushal’s recent historical drama, “Chhaava,” has captured audiences with its compelling portrayal of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj. Released in theaters on February 14, the film, directed by Laxman Utekar, adapts the book “Chhaava,” recounting the heroic saga of the Maratha ruler.

The star-studded cast includes Vicky Kaushal in the role of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, Rashmika Mandanna as Maharani Yesubai, and Akshaye Khanna as the formidable Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb. Supporting roles are played by Divya Dutta and Ashutosh Rana.

Within two days, the film has grossed ₹65 crore, with expectations to surpass ₹100 crore by the weekend’s end.
