Janhvi Kapoor Gives Retro Vibes In Gorgeous White Saree; See Pics Here
Janhvi Kapoor, a Bollywood actress who has made headlines for her remarkable sartorial choices, stuns yet again on Instagram with her saree look. Janhvi took to the photo-sharing platform and shared a series of photos wearing a floral white and orange saree. The actress emanated retro vibes in her classic avatar, which she accessorised with pear jewels. Her makeup consisted of winged eyeliner and nude lipstick. She let her hair fall, half of it pulled back and arranged in beautiful curls.
Janhvi was recently in the news for dancing on Zingaat with pop queen Rihanna, who was making her first visit to India. They attended Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s pre-wedding festivities.
Janhvi made her acting debut in 2018 with the film ‘Dhadak’, a replica of the Marathi movie ‘Sairat’. She went on to play diverse characters in films such as ‘Good Luck Jerry’, ‘Mili’, and ‘Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl’, to name a few.
Meanwhile, Janhvi will play a cricketer alongside Rajkummar Rao in the film ‘Mr and Mrs Mahi,’ which is believed to focus on the role of former India captain Dhoni. It is billed as a sports drama and represents Janhvi and Rajkummar’s second collaboration since ‘Roohi’.
Sharan Sharma directs the film, after his directorial debut with ‘Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl’. It’ll be released on April 19.
She will also appear in ‘Devara’, opposite Jr NTR and Saif Ali Khan. The film will be released in cinemas on October 10. Koratala Siva directed the film, which features music by Anirudh Ravichander. ‘Devara’ is scheduled to be released in two parts and is set in coastal areas.
Janhvi has completed filming for ‘Ulajh’, which also stars Roshan Mathew and Gulshan Devaiah. ‘Ulajh’, directed by National Award winner Sudhanshu Saria, is described as a patriotic thriller. She will also work with Varun Dhawan on filmmaker Shashank Khaitan’s next romance thriller film. The film is titled ‘Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari’ and will be released on April 18, 2025. The film also marks Varun and Jahnvi’s second collaboration, following their romantic drama film ‘Bawaal’.
