Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu and his wife Namrata Shirodkar have released a statement addressing the misuse of their daughter Sitara Ghattamaneni’s identity on social media. The warning, issued by the actor’s production house, GMB Entertainment, highlights a cybercrime incident involving the impersonation of Sitara Ghattamaneni on Instagram.

The statement reads, “ATTENTION! The Madhapur police, in coordination with Team GMB, have issued a warning about a cybercrime incident involving the impersonation of Ms. Sitara Ghattamaneni on Instagram. An unidentified user has been fraudulently posing as Ms. Ghattamaneni, sending trading and investment links to unsuspecting users.”

Authorities are actively working to trace and apprehend the individual responsible for these activities to prevent future occurrences. The public is urged to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity. Mahesh Babu’s wife, Namrata Shirodkar, reiterated the issue on her Instagram, emphasizing that Sitara Ghattamaneni’s only authentic account is verified.

The couple’s ten-year-old daughter Sitara has been a victim of identity misuse, prompting them to raise awareness about the incident and caution the public against engaging with fraudulent accounts.
