Colombia – A Colombian man was caught last week trying to board a flight from Cartagena to Amsterdam with 19 cocaine capsules hidden under his toupee, officials confirmed on February 24.

Brigadier General Gelver Yecid Peña Araque, head of Cartagena’s police, said officers stopped the man during a routine passenger check.
