Mumbai: Owning a home is a dream for many families, and a fresh opportunity has arrived with the MHADA Mumbai Board’s latest housing lottery. This scheme offers 2,640 homes across different parts of Mumbai, giving people from various income groups a chance to secure affordable housing. The entire application process is being conducted online, making it simple and convenient.

The lottery covers all major income categories, including Economically Weaker Section (EWS), Lower Income Group (LIG), Middle Income Group (MIG), and Higher Income Group (HIG). Applicants must choose the category that matches their income level.

Income Criteria and Documents Required

To prove income, applicants must submit either:

  • Income certificate issued by a Tehsildar

No other documents will be accepted as valid proof.
