Mumbai is about to welcome its tallest skyscraper yet, reaching a height of 312 meters. Situated near the Mahalaxmi Racecourse, this project is a collaboration between UHA Architects from London and L&T Realty.

The building’s design is not only visually appealing but also functional. The architects have addressed key challenges like space optimization, maximizing views, and minimizing sun exposure. It will feature luxurious amenities, including a sky pool extending from the northern tower.

The location is strategic, offering uninterrupted city views and easy access to the Western Railway line.

The skyscraper consists of two towers. Tower A will have 87 stories, offering exclusive 4 and 5-BHK apartments with stunning views of the Arabian Sea and the racecourse. Tower B, with 65 stories, provides views of the Eastern Harbour.

The highlight of the building is the cantilevered Skypool on the 63rd level of Tower B, set to be one of the country’s highest pools. Additionally, the building’s design addresses Mumbai’s climatic challenges and follows Vaastu compliance.

Overall, L&T Mahalaxmi aims to redefine luxury living in Mumbai with its strategic location, innovative design, and unmatched amenities, becoming a landmark in the city’s skyline.
