Pushpa 2 Joins ₹400 Crore Club in 2 Days, Breaks Box Office Records Worldwide
Pushpa 2: The Rule continues to break records at the box office, joining the ₹400 crore club worldwide within just two days of its release. Starring Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna, the film has become the highest-grossing Indian opener, surpassing blockbuster hits like RRR, Baahubali 2, and KGF 2. It even outperformed last year’s Hindi mega-hit Jawan.
Day 2 Earnings and Global Success
According to Sacnilk, the film earned ₹90.1 crore on its second day, with an impressive ₹55 crore coming from the Hindi version. The Telugu version added ₹27.1 crore, while the Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada versions contributed ₹5.5 crore, ₹1.9 crore, and ₹60 lakh, respectively.
In terms of audience turnout, the Hindi version leads the way, with total earnings of ₹125.3 crore, surpassing the Telugu version’s ₹118.05 crore. The film’s occupancy rates highlight its widespread appeal: 53% in Telugu, 51.65% in Hindi, 38.52% in Tamil, 35.97% in Kannada, and 27.30% in Malayalam.
