Salman Khan’s Viral Moment with Rashmika Mandanna: Sweet Gesture or Over the Line?
Salman Khan and Rashmika Mandanna, the lead stars of the new film Sikandar, are actively promoting their movie. Just hours after its release on Sunday, March 30, the duo was spotted in Mumbai. While several photos and videos from the event are circulating online, one particular clip has gone viral, drawing mixed reactions from fans.
In the video, Salman is seen posing for photographers as Rashmika steps out of her car. However, before she could fully exit, Salman appears to pull her out, which has led to criticism online. Many social media users questioned his actions, with some saying Rashmika looked uncomfortable.
Fans React Online
One user commented, “He forced her to step out for a picture.” Another wrote, “She clearly looks uncomfortable with his behavior.” Some even accused Salman of misbehaving, asking, “Why did he pull her hand like that?”
However, many fans defended him. Some pointed out that Rashmika has a leg injury and Salman was only trying to help her. “There’s nothing wrong here. He just helped her so they could take a picture together,” a user wrote.
Sikandar Box Office Performance
Directed by AR Murugadoss, Sikandar is Salman and Rashmika’s first film together. Released on March 30, coinciding with Eid, the movie earned ₹26 crore on its opening day. This is lower than Rashmika’s previous film Chhaava with Vicky Kaushal and also less than Salman’s Tiger Zinda Hai, which made ₹33 crore on day one.
