Shiv Sena Holds Two-Day Convention In Kolhapur, Will Plan About Upcoming Lok Sabha & State Assembly Election

The Shiv Sena will hold a two-day convention in Kolhapur on February 16 & 17.During these two days, Shiv Sena led by Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, will plan and prepare for the upcoming Lok Sabha and State Assembly Elections. CM Shinde along with nine ther cabinet ministers, Shiv Sena MLAs, and MPs will attend this two-day event.

Speaking to ANI, Shiv Sena spokesperson Manisha Kayande stated that the first day of the conference will be devoted to discussing political, organisational, and government seminars.

She said, “Chief Minister Eknath Shinde will lead the election management training on February 17, the second day of the convention, and the training will end with a meeting in the evening. Eknath Shinde will review Shivdut Abhiyan and solicit feedback from all in order to prepare for the next election.”

She added that on the second day of the convention, Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde will also speak at a rally.

CM Shinde said, “Every Mahayuti contender is going to win. There is a definite majority here. These elections can be unopposed too. A sincere, intelligent, and former minister, Milind Deora is a strong contender. He is well-versed in grassroots politics. We are confident that he will be a great asset to the party and do well at the national level.”

Congress defector Milind Deora announced his candidature as the Shiv Sena’s (the Eknath Shinde faction) Maharashtra Rajya Sabha candidate on February 15. Earlier this year, Deora joined the Shiv Sena after leaving Congress and abandoning her family’s decades-long links to the party.
