Tender floated for concretisation of Kunal Icon road in Pimple Saudagar to begin soon 

Pimple Saudagar area has been developing new roads under smart city project for the past few years and quite a lot of work has been completed but the work of only Kunal Icon Road in the ward has been stalled due to some reasons.

As per further information, ex corporator Shatrughan Kate repeatedly followed up with the concerned department regarding concreting of this road and resolved all the problems related to this work.

As a result, his efforts have been successful. An e-tendering process of 42 crores has been announced for the development of Kunal Icon Road in an updated manner. Soon, the work of Kunal Icon Road will be started after completing this tender process.

Due to the follow-up of the former corporator Shatrughan Kate, the work of the said road will start soon and the citizens of the area have expressed their satisfaction as there will be a permanent solution to the problems faced by the citizens regarding this road.

Following are the details of the tender:

·         While paying the tender rate, the tender rate should be paid on the amount excluding material testing amount from the total tender amount.

·         GST at the prevailing rate will be charged in the bill, so the rates should be exclusive of GST.

·         The policy decided by Municipal Corporation regarding royalty will be binding on the person.

The right to approve or reject the tender in whole or in part without assigning any reason. The Commissioner himself has reserved the strictures.
