Trailer Loses Control in Dharavi, Sends Taxi and Tempo Into Creek

A trailer lost control and caused a major accident in Dharavi, central Mumbai, early Friday morning. The incident happened around 4:45 am at a T-junction. The trailer crashed into six parked vehicles, pushing a black-and-yellow taxi and a tempo into a nearby creek. The trailer itself slid down the bank, with its cabin almost touching the water.

Police, traffic officers, and the fire brigade quickly arrived at the scene. A crane was used to pull the vehicles out of the creek.

The trailer driver has been caught, and a case is being filed at Shahu Nagar police station.
