In a viral video from Rohtak, Haryana, a young woman added humor to a serious situation when a traffic cop stopped her for breaking traffic rules. Instead of responding seriously, she started impersonating the cartoon character Shinchan and introduced herself as “Shinchan Nohara.”

The video, shared by traffic police officer Amar Kataria on Instagram, shows the woman joking and teasing the cop while he stayed calm and professional.

When Kataria stopped her for multiple violations and asked for her name, she cheekily replied, “I am Shinchan Nohara” and mimicked the cartoon character. Ignoring the consequences, she kept up her playful act as the officer informed her she would be fined. In a joking response, she suggested he confirm her name with her mother.

At one point, a bystander offered to pay the fine for her, but the cop ignored the comment and advised her to act responsibly. He humorously warned her, “If you don’t wear a helmet, Yamraj (the god of death) might come for you.” The woman shot back, “Who is Yamraj, your father?”

Unfazed, the officer replied that Yamraj takes away rule-breakers. The woman confidently said, “No one can take me. My name is Shinchan Nohara.”

Eventually, a bystander intervened again, asking the cop to let her go. The woman thanked him in her cartoonish voice and walked away, seemingly without facing any penalties.
