CIDCO VCMD Vijay Singhal Visits Navi Mumbai International Airport Project Site, Reviews Current Status
Vijay Singhal, the newly appointed Vice-Chairman and Managing Director of City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO), paid a visit to the Navi Mumbai International Airport (NMIA) project site and issued critical orders to the project’s executives to ensure that it is completed quickly and on time.
CIDCO’s Joint MD, Shantanu Goel, Jt. MD Dilip Dhole, Geeta Pillai, Chief General Manager (Transport & Airport), Smt. Sheela Karunakaran, Chief Engineer (Navi Mumbai International Airport), Captain BVJK Sharma, Chief Executive Officer, Navi Mumbai International Airport, and the relevant CIDCO and NMIAL officials were also present during his visit.
“The Navi Mumbai International Airport is a tremendously important project from a national standpoint. The goal of today’s visit is to assess the physical development of the project in order to expedite its completion on schedule,” Singhal stated.
Singhal took over as VC and MD of CIDCO on February 23, 2024. Then, on February 26th, 2024, he organised a conference of HODs to examine the present progress of CIDCO’s numerous projects. He then visited the NMIA project site today to assess the project’s physical progress.
