Pune : Iftar party organized by Kondhwa Police on occasion of Ramadan Eid
On March 14, 2024, Kondhwa Police Station had organized an Iftar party on the occasion of Ramadan Eid at Kausar Bagh Ground, Kondhwa Pune at 5:30 PM.
As per further information from Santosh Sonawane, Senior Police Inspector, Kondhwa Police Station,
Amitesh Kumar, Commissioner of Police, Pune City, Praveen Pawar, Joint Commissioner of Police, Pune City, Manoj Patil, Upper Commissioner of Police, East Regional Division, Pune City, R Raja, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Circle 5, Ganesh Ingle, Joint Commissioner of Police, Wanowrie Division as well as Senior Police Inspectors of all Police Stations in Circle 5, their confidential enforcers and dignitaries, all staff of Kondhwa Police Station etc were present for the event.
Former MLA Mahadev Babar, Shiv Sena (UBT) Party, Former MLA Yogesh Tilekar, BJP, MLA Chetan Tupe Patil, Nationalist Congress Party, Former Corporator Gafur Pathan, Nationalist Congress Party, Ex-Corporator Nanda Lonkar, Hasina Inamdar, Maharashtra Action Committee President Zahid Bhai Shaikh, Maulana Qari Idris, Maulana Sufi Anwar, MNS Party Pune City President Sainath Babar, Peace Committee Member Abid Syed, Pune City Minority President Sameer Ansar Sheikh and other 2000 to 2500 people were present.
Commissioner Amitesh Kumar wished people on the occasion of Ramadan Eid in the said program. Similarly, he gave guidance regarding the measures to be taken to maintain law and order. He also appealed citizens to help the police administration by informing the control room on 112. He assured that the Pune city police administration will always be there to serve the citizens for any kind of problems.
The program started at 17:45 pm and ended at 19:15 pm.
