A nurse working for Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan gave a frightening statement to the Bandra Police about a robbery that took place at the actor’s home. The robber broke into Khan’s house early on Thursday morning, demanding Rs 1 crore before attacking the nurse and the actor. The incident was scary, as the armed intruder attacked the family, staff, and a nanny during what seems to have been a failed robbery.

The attack happened at around 2 a.m., while Khan’s family and staff were asleep. Eliyama Philip, a 56-year-old nurse, described the terrifying experience in her report.

A man in his late 30s, slim, with dark skin, broke into the bedroom where Khan’s 4-year-old son, Jeh, was sleeping. He was armed with a stick and a sharp knife. The intruder first demanded Rs 1 crore from Philip. When she refused, he attacked her, injuring her wrists and hand.

The noise from the struggle woke up the nanny, Junu, who raised the alarm. Saif Ali Khan and his wife, Kareena Kapoor Khan, quickly came to help. In an attempt to protect his family, Saif tried to stop the intruder but got injured in the process. He suffered cuts on his neck, shoulder, back, and wrist. Another staff member, Geeta, was also hurt while trying to help. The intruder managed to escape before more staff could arrive.

The police are investigating the incident as an armed robbery and assault. They say the suspect is around 5’5” tall, wearing dark clothes and a cap.
