SRK’s Daughter Suhana Khan Buys Farmland In Alibaug For INR 9.5 Crore
Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter, Suhana Khan, who made her cinematic debut with The Archies, recently bought a farm plot in Thal village, Alibaug, near Mumbai, in Maharashtra for INR 9.5 crore, according to papers accessed by IndexTap.com.
She paid a stamp duty of INR 57 lakh for this transaction. According to the papers, the parcel in Thal village, Raigad, Alibaug, is 78,361 square feet in size.
The transaction was registered on February 13, 2024.
In June 2023, she paid INR 12.91 crore for 1.5 acres of agricultural land in Alibaug, Raigad district, which included three structures.
Thal village is a 12-minute drive from Alibaug Town. Shah Rukh Khan also reportedly owns a sea-facing house in Thal that includes a swimming pool and helicopter.
